One of Nike's fastest trainers gets an update in the pursuit of more speed. Entering its sixth iteration, the Zoom Fly continues to provide fantastic bang for buck.

Compared with its predecessor, the Zoom Fly 6 is a whole 10% lighter—a considerable achievement given than you aren't losing performance anywhere else and gaining some additional stack height. The ZoomX foam midsole measures 42mm at the heel and features an aggressive cutout at the forefoot. Behind that foam sits a full-length carbon Flyplate which provides fantastic pop through each stride.

The reworked uppers feature a sleek silhouette and dual-layered mesh which provides exceptional breathability whilst providing a secure fit. The asymmetrically shaped tongue wraps around the ankle whilst a moulded sockliner collar cushions your achilles.
